INSTANT INDEX GOOGLE NEWS

Hello i have some old Gnews approved domain (old edition) i started to warm the domains , used good news template - linked GSC and analytics
i use YOAST + NEWS SITEMAP + LITESPEED CACHE as plugins , the problem is that my articles dont get indexed if i dont ask for indexing in GSC , links get indexed after 3-5 hours using GSC request , what should i do to get instant indexing for my posts without GSC, should i still warm up the Gnews website ?
Any info can help , btw the domain are 10-20 DA with some good backlinks

only post News Articles , but didnt get Indexed if i dont ask for indexing in GSC , i just checked Visitors in my cpanel and Google bots some are getting 200 statut and the ones targeting feeds are getting 403 statut

403 Forbidden error, especially for /feed/, this could be due to restrictions in the robots.txt file. please check

Now changed Hosting to see , now using cloudflare , how can i check the statut in cloudflare ?

You're on the right track! To speed up indexing, focus on boosting engagement, strengthening internal links, and sharing your articles on high-traffic platforms.

If your GNews site isn’t indexing instantly then try posting more often and linking new articles from older indexed ones.
Google Publisher Center might help and real traffic signals (social shares, engagement) can speed up crawling.
Some use the Indexing API but long term consistency and authority matter most.
