Tips on opening a second Etsy account after first one susspended

Hello.

I used to sell on etsy back in the day and in October of 2020 the account has been suspended due to me not shipping out orders on time. I am planning on opening a new account with all new details, exept the name and surname I am planing to change some letters that I used previously: Š - S , Ū - U ( I wonder if etsy will be able to track me).

Main question is if it is even worth trying or I should just find some other person? Has anyone ever made this work?

I allready installed a virtual box, new isp proxy on the way, gonna build up cookies, warm up buyer account and allot more steps afterwards. So hopefully I will not have to waste all this time for nothing. gonna use a new passport aswell. If anyone has any experience in this, would really appreciate it.

Anyway I created a second seller account and it seems to be working fine, Just had the first sale, gonna see if it gets susspended or not. I took all the steps for registration I could find on the internet so I have high hopes that It will work.

I am from Latvia. Account is working fine no problem. After 2 failed atempts to buy an account. I am happy that It worked out by making it with my own name.

I meant newly made ID card, that has not been used for etsy before by me. It is my legit card with legit info.
