Ebay account - permanent susspension.

Hello! I was planing to get back into ebay selling. I stopped selling in 2018 and had not payed 100 dollars ebay fees. I decided to sell again on this platform. I payed my fees, verified my bank account and info. After that I got an email that my account is restricted. After contacting the support I received a message that my account suspension/restriction is permanent there is no further opportunity for appeal on this decision. They did not tell the reason. Any chance to get my account back? Can someone tell me what to do?

Hard to say what caused it exactly but it really does seem like they were waiting on you to get back before throwing the ban hammer at you. If you're intent on getting back to sell there though, it might be best to start with a new account (or buy an older one, your call).

I been banned multiple times on amazon, I just make a new acount with a new document, same details. Does it work on ebay?

I already done this multiple time in the past, changing 1 letter of the name or the address

Never encountered any issue but it was more than 5 years ago.

I done this with etsy and it seems to have worked. Gonna try it with ebay.

Ideal if you don't use the same info as your banned account. Although you'll need to secure your connection environment in case they connect you the previous account (Use proxies if that applies to you, definitely use anti-detect browsers, that sort of thing). It's mostly taking steps to minimise the risk of being banned again as well.

Gonna try to chage everything up. Gonna misspell my surename and should be good to go . Annoying to know how much time this will take with all the warm ups.

Your non-regularised payment history (even if you have paid recently, the system keeps the history) must have played a role in restricting your account. It will be difficult or almost impossible to recover your account. Nevertheless, did you try to contact the service directly by call?

Gonna give them a call when the working hours start. Would be amazing, to get it back, the account had sales and reviews. Cause making a stealth account is plenty of work

Don't waste your time on calling ebay, in a situation like this, you will never get the account back.

and don't waste your time on buying ebay account or doing stealth account. You can make a few quick sales, but those accounts don't last. If you cannot grow big on ebay, it is not worth the trouble to sell on ebay.

I don't think you can get the account back, partly because you’ve missed the payment deadline for too long. eBay is probably just waiting for you to pay so they can lock the account. Now, you have two options:

1. Buy an eBay account
2. Create a new eBay account, warm it up, and build your shop.

For both options, you'll need to change your IP and device information because when an account gets suspended, all the information linked to that account (including personal info, bank accounts, IP address, device info, etc.) gets blacklisted. You can check out guides on using proxies with antidetect browsers; there are quite a few threads with helpful instructions. I hope this helps.

ebay is becoming more and more pathetic as time goes on.
I would suggest starting your own website to see the products you wish, this way you dont support ebays bullshit and fee structure, and you take away business from them.

many accounts even legitimate ones get banned, ebay are pathetic.

It's most likely because of the amount of time that has passed - they don't trust you not to do it again.

Not paying fees for a couple weeks or months is very different to a shit ton of years.
