Good list, although some of these (like wetpaint) are nofollow.

Think about getting the web 2.0 pages to rank for your keyword, rather than just providing backlinks. I've had a lot of success with wikidot in this regard.

Hmm...this of course can be greatly accelerated by registering with an already existing (do follow) wiki which has page rank. There are thousands of them out there ready to strategically place your link giving much juice to your site. How to find them?

Follow the guys whom know what they are doing and replicate them.....
