A little tip is to open an account in a country where Facebook doesn't charge taxes. Or where the advertising account rental company doesn't charge taxes. You just pay the fee.

Create or purchase accounts from other countries, or buy an agency ad account my friend

you can use agency accounts.there are tax cleared accounts.and you can use for advertising in india

Each country has a different tax policy, you should contact an accountant for specific advice.

Tax issues are complex and changeable. It is recommended to consult a professional accountant or tax consultant to develop a tax strategy that suits your business.

Rent agency account

If you do not add your GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number), Facebook will charge 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) on ad spend in India

To optimize your ad account, consider setting up a new account with a currency set to a different country, such as Hong Kong, before adding a payment method. Alternatively, you can look for ad account leasing companies to help you with this process.
