how to reach EU audience on Instagram without using proxy or Vpn??

Hello forum,
hope my thread find you well,
I'm from outside Europe and I just started creating content on Instagram but I noticed that my content is only shown to people who live in my country even thought the content is English (English is not our native language) and discuss European culture things (our people have no Idea about these topics).
and for this reason I'm not achieving good reach for my content.
Please If anyone has experience or can help in some way I want to know how can I deliver my content to the right audience without needing to use a Vpn or a proxy .

If I had a eu acc and open it using my real ip adress it may work in the biggening but after few days using my real ip it will no longer be a EU acc, it will change to bbe like any other acc from my country
