I got a free copy of this guide to check out, and here’s my honest opinion.
This ebook is a mix of personal experience, useful advice, and smart strategies. It gives beginners a clear, step-by-step way to turn their property into a money-making rental without too much effort. But if you're looking for something super detailed, packed with legal info, or professionally structured, this might not be the best fit.
The book is easy to follow, walking you through everything from setting up your listing to handling guests. It’s clear that the author has real-world experience,, having worked in the hospitality industry and dealt with thousands of guests. Unlike other Airbnb guides that get lost in complicated business talk, this one keeps it simple with straight-to-the-point tips.
One of the best parts is the section on guest interactions, where the author shares unique and practical tips that you don’t usually see in similar books. Another cool part is how it compares Airbnb with Booking.com, explaining when to use each platform to maximize bookings.
This book is great for beginners, but experienced hosts looking for advanced pricing strategies, automation, or Airbnb SEO might find it a little basic. It doesn’t really cover deep optimization tactics or legal and tax details.
Personally, I think there’s a bit too much personal storytelling for a "how-to" guide. Also, for an 18-page ebook, I expected more images since most similar guides have a lot of visuals.
