I received a review copy of this e-book, here is my review.

Although it's quite short, the content is well-organized and straight to the point, without unnecessary fluff.
OP shares personal insights and real-life experiences, which illustrate how it can actually be implemented. The book includes useful strategies for attracting guests, handling common hosting challenges, and optimizing earnings with minimal effort. The only thing that is in my opinion missing is researching the actual properties and the best locations for rental – I understand why though, as the conditions drastically differ in each market and it would be impossible for OP to cover everything related to these topics to satisfy people from all around the world.
Overall, this guide is a solid resource for beginners looking to start an Airbnb rental without making common mistakes. I would recommend it to both people trying to get into the rental business and people already in that space, as there are many tips on optimizing for the best profits, reviews, and overall long-term success.

A $100-$200 should be enough to cover the cost if you already have a place (home essentials, cleaning etc). As for multiple locations, yes you can use multiple.
