I got a free copy of this guide to check out, and here’s my honest opinion.

This ebook is a mix of personal experience, useful advice, and smart strategies. It gives beginners a clear, step-by-step way to turn their property into a money-making rental without too much effort. But if you're looking for something super detailed, packed with legal info, or professionally structured, this might not be the best fit.

The book is easy to follow, walking you through everything from setting up your listing to handling guests. It’s clear that the author has real-world experience,, having worked in the hospitality industry and dealt with thousands of guests. Unlike other Airbnb guides that get lost in complicated business talk, this one keeps it simple with straight-to-the-point tips.
One of the best parts is the section on guest interactions, where the author shares unique and practical tips that you don’t usually see in similar books. Another cool part is how it compares Airbnb with Booking.com, explaining when to use each platform to maximize bookings.

This book is great for beginners, but experienced hosts looking for advanced pricing strategies, automation, or Airbnb SEO might find it a little basic. It doesn’t really cover deep optimization tactics or legal and tax details.

Personally, I think there’s a bit too much personal storytelling for a "how-to" guide. Also, for an 18-page ebook, I expected more images since most similar guides have a lot of visuals.

Final Rating: 7.5/10

Hi Guys, Decided to give out 5 more review copies for this to hear some more feedback. Comment "HOST REVIEW" if you are interested.

Is this still working?

I had a friend try this a couple years ago but I believe it got saturated really quickly.

I received a free review copy of OP's Guide.

Communication with OP was easy, friendly and helpful.

The guide has 18 pages. After the intro, it gives the reader insightful strategies to start hosting an apartment and rent it via Airbnb and/or Booking.com. It gives you a well-designed step-by-step plan to generate high revenue with relatively low effort.

When reading, you quickly realize that OP has real experience in renting. He gives really good advice on how to create your listing over handling your guests up to automating a lot of steps. Especially at the beginning, this knowledge is worth its weight in gold and saves you a lot of trouble.

Of course you have to adapt legal stuff and handling of taxes to your country, but I think that's what everyone expects.

The guide goes even further and compares Airbnb with Booking.com, so you can decide which option to prefer in which situation.

When I finished the guide, I was surprised that it was just 18 pages, because I got so much of OP's knowledge, advise and experience, that other authors would have blown it up to several times its length. The guide is really straight on the point and gives you everything without losing too many words.

Well done, I recommend OP's Airbnb/Booking Guide to every prospective landlord thinking of short term renting/hosting.

Thank you for your honest review, the legal info part would be quite difficult to integrate in the eBook due to so many countries having different rules and regulations.

Yes it is definitely working, I don't see how it can get saturated.

George was very kind and gave me a review copy of his book. Delivery was quick, using Google Drive, which ensured a very easy experience to open the file. Communication was also friendly.

The content of the book is clearly written by someone with experience in this area. I'm writing this review not just as an average curious reader, in fact, I have more than 60 reviews on Airbnb and I've already spent years of my life in those apartments, not as a host, but as a guest. If you follow what George is teaching in this book, you will probably become a super host on Airbnb and accumulate several good reviews. This business model is very promising and you can definitely build a great income source through Booking and Airbnb, the amount of tourists and digital nomads only tends to grow in the future and having a property to list in those platforms is a great opportunity.

If my personal opinion is welcome, I would say he could've add some alternative platforms, because this is a global forum with people from multiple countries. For example, in Asia you could add Agoda, I've read that many people are opting for this website when visiting this particular region. VRBO is also growing in some countries. I wouldn't expect a main income source coming from those alternative platforms, but you can make some additional income from them. But in general, the most important ones are mentioned in details here.

In any case, this ebook can be a good idea if you are considering to invest some money in this industry, as you can learn some important lessons from someone with personal experience in this field. In conclusion, highly recommended.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and honest review :) I am definitely going to look more into platforms for countries that are not serviced by airbnb/booking to later implement them into my eBook, really like that idea!
Happy to review it for you @georgetoons
