If your ad has been rejected too many times, I think you should use link wrapping, it will help your ad get rejected less often.
Yes. If you have a meta rep, or contact at meta just ask them to enable your account for "Exempt AI" tag. It's an easy fix for crypto, forex and CFD. But note that it doesn't mean your creatives won't be flagged, just means that the algorithm won't be auto rejecting them, and a manual check will be done for all ads. This is completely normal, for BH products, you need to prepare many profiles, pages and ad accounts to work, because everything is easily disabled.
