I keep getting complete idiots. At least some of them charge low so it's almost worth my time to hand hold them. Almost. Some of them are stupid and charge exorbitant prices hoping I'm just another idiot they can fleece. I'm pulling my hair out at the low quality sellers here. Someone recommend me someone?

I suggest you check the sales threads and decide on your own. Before buying the backlinks, you need an action plan and you should know what your website needs.

The best way that work so far is to hire a VA and setup an email address for the VA. let him search for backlinks using your requirements and inform him/her to negotiate with web admin the amount it requires to place a link on each website. You pay the VA on each successful placed backlink per site.

Best to build them on your own to not end up burning cash with no results. Many 'PBN experts' (generally saying not for BHW sellers) for instance are just sweet talking sophisticated peddlers of BS.

What kind of links are you looking to build? I see you mention trying to get guest posts, but a lot of cheap sellers do PBN links and just say they are real guest posts. If you are looking to do PBN links then I would vouch for domain coasters. I get my expired domains there and rebuild the site to give myself homepage links.

You can usually find reliable sellers through referrals, but be wary of very cheap sellers. If they offer backlinks at a lower price than others, it often means they are using spammy tactics.

This has been the story of my life, I can't take another foreigner offering me a link "sir we give you best price", and the link agencies are out of their MIND for a backlink that has 1-2k traffic and an inflated ahrefs score of 70, and nothing but a link farm. And they consider that a "high quality 70-80+ DR" link. Absolute TRASH.

they usually spam you with a list of 200 sites, 95% of which are complete shit. i dont have time to weed through hundreds or thousands of sites that are almost entirely shit. it seems the business model of these guys (mostly indians) is to put the good stuff up front, then hope you dont notice while they cheat you for as long as possible while finding new victims.

which given what i've seen in real life indian culture fits the bill. zero long term thinking whatsoever and zero attention to detail. they are so lazy they can't read 4 sentences. how can you trust someone like that to take note of your requirements like anchor texts etc.
