Hi! Yes it supports. No need KYC / VPN. Recommended to use browser with proxy.

To be honest, 10% is too expensive. The virtual credit card I am using now even feels 1.5% is too expensive.

First of all it's not virtual cc but real debit plastic cards. Secondly its bins not considered as trash by Google, FB etc. Therefore no errors and bans (rarely) so logically cards more expensive than virtual cc. Though u could continue to buy 1,5% trash and getting bans non-stop.
