hi, recently many of my ad accounts are active but not spending
what is the reason? and how to fix it?

There are many cases that can happen. You can check the fanpage. The payment card cannot hold the money. Most ads will encounter these 2 errors when not spending.

Odd. Only time I know ads being active but not problem is when there's an error with the card like it being on hold or something. Though, usually you get an error banner telling you as much.

2. FB page: is there any restriction or Unpublished?
3. Your campaign: check if you set the right time (time zone), the proper budget, the right audience...
