TERRIBLE COMPANY/ADMIN
I have been with them to host my CPA lockers for a while now. It worked perfectly...until today.
Just got an email saying:
Your subscription for Basic Web Hosting has been terminated. All data associated with your services has been permanently and irreversibly erased from our systems and cannot be recovered under any circumstances. It is recommended that you should have created backups of your data at this point.
I then made a ticket to try and find out what happened and got this response:
Reason for Cancellation: Infected files / malicious / viruses detected
Imunify and cpgguard found malicious files

I replied by saying that I had not uploaded any viruses or anything (in fact the files they hosted have stayed unchanged for months).
They told me that I am responsible for the content on there (which is fair enough, although I had not detected anything and have not uploaded anything new or malicious, if they found something, they could have told me before deleting all my work).
I told them that it is ridiculous that they just shut down my host and deleted my data and backups (although as per their terms, they keep backups for up to 3 days)
Here is the reply:
First of all you’re ridiculous. It’s not worth the 2€ the damage you did never mind the our time in responding to your queries.
1: no backups for illegal activity
2: client responsible for keeping their cPanel secure / safe
3: rudeness isn’t tolerated and will end up in closure of account
I suggest you take your activities elsewhere.

I started to reply, then I found out that they have now deleted my account, so I cant even reply to the ticket.
