What I would recommend in these cases is to store the content on an exclusive dedicated server, so you can scale with the growth of your site and you don't have any restrictions other than the obvious physical ones.

You can also integrate ads wherever and however many you want and you're not tied to providers that bring lots of annoying ads, not to mention that you can choose any video player and everything.

I recommend you to use RPMShare. The site we are using it. It has 2 ads at the beginning of each vidoe but all the features are free on the system. You can store videos without time and space limit. However I recommend users in Asian countries to change their ip to European countries for faster upload speed.
Oh I forgot, RPMShare only allows uploading main and anime content

I also just received an invitation to use this platform from the admin yesterday. I was also quite disappointed when the homepage had no pages. However, I was surprised by the quality of its service, the upload and streaming speed was quite fast, my viewers quite liked it. I think the reason why I couldn't access the pages on the homepage might be because it was too new, hadn't had time to update, I will wait a while to see how it is. Hopefully it's good.

Vidguard sounds pretty good, but I gave up during the signup process. It asked for too much information from me and I didn't like that.
As for streamtape, I wasn't too happy with its upload speed. This is my personal experience, maybe it's because of my internet speed. But in the end, I found it not suitable for me

the issue is of all the places i promise you that orangewebsite will not care about any dcma or even legal demand from the police. It would have to be an Icelandic warrant or order order FROM ICELAND to take down. not going to happen.
