Please advise me, have a problem, on several accounts run ads for applications UAC (gambling) at first traffic comes from search, there are the first registrations and deposits, closer to the evening , or the next day, traffic begins to flow from search to media display, 90% in mobile applications, and within an hour the entire Daily budget is wasted. Excluding these playsment does not give any result, it finds such low-quality sources at the speed of light. Disabled all categories of applications, than Excluded dl-pg audience to remove children. In the past, there used to be an option to add the adsenseformobileapps com link and disable the display completely, but as I understand it doesn't work now. The situation doesn't change much after the bid increase. But maybe there are other ways to leave only search traffic that are worth trying?

1) let's say i have 20 google ads accounts : should i run my ads on a 20 website domains or can i run my ads with this structure website/service1 website/service2 ... website/service20 ?

2) what is the treshold when google charges you of after 500 dollars of ads spent ? can you get legal issues if you abuse with this ?

3) what google says with dishonest behavior, does it affect only the title/description of your ad or also the keywords ?

4) What is the best strat to run ads on google without getting this message ? should you run a random ad with normal text and then change little by little your keywords and ad headline ?
 
First of all, use a different domain for each account.

If you do not enter your own information when working with threshold accounts, you will not encounter legal problems.

Directly related to all your advertising content.

ROAS depends entirely on your advertising strategy, so I can't say anything exactly without seeing the ad.
