Hey guys, I’ve been running Google Ads for a roofing company, spending $100/day, but I’m only getting around 10 clicks and no leads. My website is fully optimized for conversions, so that’s not the issue. I set up ad groups for gutter installation, gutter repair, emergency roof repair, roof repair, and roof installation. I also picked strong keywords like “roof repair [town]” and [near me] searches. Not sure what’s going wrong—any ideas? Would really appreciate any advice!

The only thing I can think that would be an issue is your landing page. It should be fast, have social proof and convey the point of everything in the top section. I hope I am allowed to show this video as this is not advertising to anyone, but I found it helpful for myself.

Try 3 different bids, 50% less, 50% more and 200% more than the high one. You need to figure out by testing how others are outbidding you for those keywords and get the traffic.

Improve your funnel or make it easier for them to contact you with as little hassle as possible, but ultimately depending on the market the clicks in roofing are crazy expensive so you may need a higher test budget to be honest. Consider how much competitors will pay for a single lead vs ROAS.

Roofing campaigns fail because of the LPs most of the times, how good is it?
Do you track calls or just leads?
How competitive is your city?
Did you just include keywords like "roofing" or keywords with more intent, like "roofing company near me"?

Use DKI and dynamic location insertion in your ads, it encourage Google to increase your score.
If you can, use a script that adds the users' city name to the headline of the page.
