I decided to use them six months ago, and I was extremely disappointed. They manipulate and falsify statistics. I asked them to delete my account and received no response, so I assumed it had been deleted. Today, I decided to check if I still had an account, and yes, it had not been deleted. I wrote to my account manager, "Marie Martinez," asking her to delete my account. She responded that she couldn't delete it.

I asked her why, and she replied that it was not technically possible. Instead, she said she marked my email so I wouldn't receive messages from her colleagues or contacts with them. I told her that deleting my account was indeed possible, and she replied in a rude and disrespectful manner: *"Is it? How can I do it, please teach me."*

After I told her that they are based in Latvia and should comply with GDPR and my right to be forgotten, she immediately said she would consult the technical team. Within less than 10 minutes, my account was deleted.

I strongly advise you to stay away from this network. They are rude and unprofessional. I'm attaching links to my correspondence with her.

I have shared what annoyed me about them. If you want something specific, let me know, and I will share it with you. And yes, I'm not very active in writing posts. it’s just rare for someone to annoy me. So I decided to share what happened so that people know about them.

I emailed them a complaint before 9 days, but didn’t receive any response. If they are here, I hope they read this and understand that whenever they decide to cross the line, there will always be people who won’t stay silent.

he might be right , my experience, there is also a manager on skype,Ana she will label your site and you will get really bad cpm and hardly make money . she is bad .. avoid her

Wow, that’s a wild ride.
So first it's “we can’t delete your account,” then suddenly GDPR gets mentioned and poof, it’s gone in 10 minutes? Sounds like their “technical issue” was just called laziness.

Marie’s reply deserves an award for sarcasm too. “Please teach me”? Really? That’s your customer support tone?

You did the right thing pushing back. If a company plays dumb until you drop the legal hammer, it’s a red flag. No one wants to do business with a platform that gaslights users and acts like deleting an account is rocket science. Thanks for the heads-up.
