I am having quite the problem here. My business relies on sending instagram dm's automated to prospective clients, right now pretty much nobody actually sees them. All of our DM's are presumably ending up in the "Hidden Inbox", which is detrimental cause who actually checks that thing. I use 8 different accounts and send 30-40 DMs per account per day, is there a way to fix this?

Our business is taking quite the hit and is on the verge of going under, so any help would be appreciated. I am about out of ideas...

I think if ur account is verified u dont go to spam folder. But not sure other than that

What business are you in?

i'm using a chrome extension called IG DM Bot
Run some test to identify the source of the issue. You can try sending DM manually and check where the DM lands. If the issue persists, it's likely the accounts has been flagged as spamer.

I could have guaranteed to help solve your this issue 100%, its just that the self-promotion is not allowed in this subforum, please ask the same question in "hire a freelancer" section. And you'll have your solution.

Thank you very much, I've just posted the same question word for word in "hire a freelancer". Thanks!

Sending 30 40 DMs per account daily across 8 accounts may trigger Instagram's spam detection, especially if the messages are similar or lack personalization.

The hidden message is only for people that doesn't follow you, for example, if I don't follow your IG page and you message me will go to hidden messages but if I follow your IG page will either go to message request if the person have enable this option or hidden messages again if you are spamming the same dm and people is reporting your message.

For people who do not follow you, your account will naturally go to the requests, whats wrong in that?

And btw you can send 40-60 DM's as Outreach in a day, tried and tested myself.

Yes you're right, but my messages do not end up in the normal request inbox, but on the hidden request inbox which is as it says hidden and almost no one sees it

What is your message? Are you sending a link or an @username in it? What is your niche?

i'm sending a @username yes and my niche is agency owners, first message goes like: hey firstname do you accept new clients? i don't want to pitch but i just made a free video about how our client did x, mind if i send it?

The “Hidden Inbox” or Message Requests folder is often a safeguard to keep spam and unsolicited messages at bay. However, by building trust with your audience, sending personalized and meaningful messages, and ensuring you comply with platform guidelines, you can significantly reduce the chances of your DMs being hidden.

I suggest sending your DMs manually and see if that works out for you.
