Hello everyone,
I am getting insane value from twitter ads.
I am selling digital products (quiz/game stuff, mostly), but twitter doesn't like it.
I make it past their initial checks, but after spending $50+ ish I will get my ads halted and restricted for "Deceptive and Fraudulent Content.". I am very straightforward what I am selling, so I don't think it is misleading. Rather, the fact that they dislike the type of product I sell, without mentioning it specifically in their policies.
I am confident in this as i tried to set up ads with snapchat, and snapchat has MUCH better customer communication. You can talk directly to a person. And that person said they don't allow tests/quizes. So I would imagine twitter has similar restrictions. Even though meta and google allow it.
That being said, I don't think I need a full cloaker for this business model.
It seems overkill.
Rather, I feel clever marketing can be effective.
I am trying to change the sales funnel. I am thinking about having the ads run to a medium.com article that is essentially one big ad for my paid digital products. Then, having that redirect to my site.
Does anyone here have experience with this?
Also, if you're running twitter ads DM me anyway, (let's network!) I think we are looking at one of the biggest goldmines that people do nothing but criticize. Twitter ads are fantastic right now if you know what you're doing.
