Monetization solutions for a website; asking for ideas

I asked this question in a thread earlier, but i'm interested for how more people would go about this:

I made a website giving out a type of free digital product. I'm getting some small traffic (which i think i can scale). The website is more of a simple landing page than a website (the design is horrible).

To monetize it, i'm thinking of writing a few blog posts and applying for adsense/ezoic.

My dilema is this: Should i hire somebody to design my website for the criteria needed to be approved by advertisers? How much could that cost if i have the content, just the optimiziation and designing part?

Or should i buy an already made blog, change the domain, content and the basics to tailor to my needs? How much could that cost?

Any other simplier/cheaper solutions? (Budget is low, so do your best on budgeting lol)

Yes maybe by this you can even earn more than ad sence, for example if you have a mailer app, you can affliciate with some other service like proxy

You need traffic and content before applying. That is the most important thing before applaying to most ad networks and not design. As long as it's clean simple and readable, it's good.
Content and then even more importantly, traffic are the most important thing you need otherwise you won't earn anything or earn just peanuts.

Here's the screenshot from CPAGrip. I've had some users message me saying they can't access the free download because their offer completion not working on CPAGrip. Also pretty much the same from OGAds.

There's multiple things to download so i was thinking maybe monetizing it with ads (possibly from ezoic) would be more worth since the same user would click multiple pages and also would be better for user experience. Also, more reoccurring visitors since the users can actually get the downloads easier + they're following the socials for the next free downloads.

Am i right on my thinking?
