Summary of dispute

@Megaverse is the BUYER that purchased one of my bst course (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/n...cts-in-2024-a-beginner-friendly-guide.1567280) for $47 via Paypal on the 1st of September, 2024.

When I received his order, I sent the simple instructions on how he will get access to the course via Gmail in less than 5 seconds.

The simple instructions is for him to click on the Google drive link that I sent to him with his Gmail where the course is hosted to access the course in less than 5 seconds. (I hosted the course on drive to minimize illegal access and sharing by scammers).

This guy read my email and ignored my course delivery response.

After 4 months, he went to his PayPal 2 days ago to open a fraudulent dispute that he did not get the course that he paid for.

I replied him immediately on bhw that he should follow the 5 seconds simple instructions to get access and he replied that he is no longer interested in the course and that he forgot to follow the simple delivery instructions that I sent to him 4 months ago after he paid.

Evidence that I sent the course delivery instructions immediately I got his order

What I hope to gain from this dispute

1. The BUYER should place a new order of $47 for the course following my PayPal instructions (This is because PayPal has now refunded this fraudulent $47 back to the BUYER today and this BUYER has caused me to have a negative balance on PayPal).

2. The BUYER should be ready to receive the bst course that he WILLINGLY paid for because I am still ready to deliver.

Optional (Additional Information)

1. The BUYER changed his BHW username to make it difficult for me to trace the proofs but I was able to catch him.

2. BST course buyers like these on BHW makes it difficult for honest sellers like me to allow people to place order via Paypal because of fraudulent dispute like these.

3. It is NOT my fault that this BUYER forgot to follow the 5 seconds simple instructions that I sent to him on the day that he ordered for the course to get access.

4. Who buys something from a seller that is ready to deliver and comes back after 4 months to request for an illegal/fraudulent refund?

I did pay for his course on Sep 1, 2024.
And YES, I did open a PayPal dispute against him. Here's why.

After he confirmed payment, he didn't give me a download link. Instead, he asked that I send an email to the email he provided.
I did that and the next email he sent to asked for my name (instead of a download link or attaching the ebook to the email)
I was already angry at this point because it was already morning on 2/9/24, and I was really tired and sleepy. However, I replied to the email and told him my name.
He sent an email again with a link, asking me to use another email (gmail) to click the link (not a download link)
I would follow the link, and he would approve my request to download.

I was not prepared for this, and I have never seen such a thing before.
I was tired, sleepy, and suspicious of his intention. I left at this point because I had become suspicious and didn't know what he was up to.
Unfortunately, I didn't remember that I didn't follow him up again until I was being audited for tax when I discovered that I didn't get the product I paid for.

I opened a PayPal dispute because I believed he was deliberate about what he did.
He knew that I didn't get the course because he said he needed to approve my download request, and he didn't get any download requests from me.
He comfortably held my funds for 4 months. Probably he thought I would never find out.

He is now ready to send a direct download link or attach it to my email because he lost $47 he never earned in the first place?
Not from me; I'm no longer interested.
Look at his response; no apology; he's only fixated on the $47.
I bailed out of a transaction that was not completed, and he wants to force it down my throat?
Aparently, it doesn't matter to him how his buyer feels.

As for the username change issue, I would rather laugh it off.

in addiction to the images attached here, mods are welcome to read out DM communications.

What do I want now?
I'm no longer interested because he acted in bad faith.
I have moved on.

Ignorance is not an excuse.

I sent you the simple 5 seconds delivery instructions and you decided to read and ignore on purpose. (All my proofs are attached and you cannot lie about that).

You opened a dispute on PayPal after 4 months of changing your username on here just to trick me into falling for your scam like behavior BUT I am smarter than you.

You must be held accountable for your ignorance + scam like behavior + harm on my PayPal account.

PS : None of my customers have ever complained about my simple 5 seconds delivery email and for you to complain, it means that your intention is to come back after 4 months to open a fraudulent dispute.

PPS : Nothing is wrong with my simple payment instructions.

Dude, I don't really know what you are on.

You might as well have asked me to go naked in front of my screen and yelled Mr Don Coach the guru 10 times before you sent me a download link.

You didn't see any problem with holding my funds for 4 months? But charging back for an item I didn't get after 4 months is a big problem to you? Seriously?

I am really sorry that I changed my username without your express written permission.
I wasn't informed that anyone who wants to change username should get permission from you. I hope Elon Musk got your permission before he rebranded Twitter to X?

Seriously dude, I think your fixation on my username change has blinded your reasoning.
This is my 3rd moniker since 2013 and I'm definitely gonna change it again in the future.
Even Admins changes theirs sometimes, and it's not because of you.
I would only take your ebook if you offer it for free. I do really think I deserved it as a compensation for knowingly holding my funds for 4 months.

@Megaverse - you failed to just follow the sellers' instructions and the seller is not at fault.

You need to cancel the Paypal dispute and show proof of that here in this thread.

What I am on to is that I am 10X smarter than you to fish you out with your 4 months old scam like behavior!

Unfortunately Paypal has settled the dispute already.

Then you need to pay the seller.
Bass, I really hope you went through the details?
I made a payment, he confirmed
I sent 3 emails
And I'm being required to change email and send another one.. for just an ebook?
I forgot, sorry about that, but I'm human and it happens.
He is not denying that I didn't get the ebook. And he didn't apologize, which if he had done would have shown that he didn't know that I never got the ebook and I would have cancelled the dispute.
Since I don't have his service, I would would really like to know what I should pay him for.

Actually, 2 staff members went through things.

You don't have the service because you didn't follow the sellers' instructions.

Since I don't have the service, why should I pay him then?
I would like to ask if a service provider is at liberty to do any he likes in delivering his service?
A simple download link or attachment was all that's needed, but I was being asked to send an email, send another and state your name, then change from Yahoo mail to Gmail and click after which I will have to approve?
I don't really understand.

They will provide the service and you have to pay them because you broke the contract, not them.

I don't really understand.

All of which takes 2 minutes and 17 seconds.

Pay the seller.

Please, I need a detailed reason for your conclusion. I don't like going back and forth, it wears me down quickly.

Pay the seller.
Okay.
Is there a way to appeal your decision?

No, as it is not just MY decision... we had several staff members looking this over.
Fine.
I don't need his service again. Certainly not after these. And I'm really surprised by this decision. Over 12 years and no dispute with anyone, I'm treated with indifference. I'm not a heavy user, I agree, but I deserves some respect. It's a learning, and I will treasure the lessons. I guess I should have been the one to open shit thread, maybe that's it works.

No, the issue is you broke the contract.

Had the seller broke it you would have not had an issue.

I'm going to address your statement that you are treated with indifference. That is not true.

My bet is that you get that impression is because we operate as dispassionately as possible in this subforum so as to be 100% fair to all involved.

This is not personal at all; it is nothing more than a contract dispute.

I cannot say you are being biased, because I have followed many dispute here, and see how it's resolved. But I am not being treated fairly. It was my money that was being held for 4 months. I did a charge back to show him how seriously I am taking the issues. A good seller would offer an apology and attempt attempt a compensation to resolve the issues. That was not the case here.

Guess my major mistake was not opening a shit list first.. It's fine. But that dude won't get a penny from me. Had he be conciliatory, I would have let go. Instead he was implying that I was trying to scam him. I'm already thinking his ebook is shit, otherwise why is he forcing it on me?
Apologies to all mods involved here. I respect your decision, but I certainly will not gift my money to this guru.
