I never seen someone as entitled as this guy lmao.
There was this "buyer" once who bought like 8.1 dollars worth of super small article from me last year via my BST. Oh boy. That guy too was legit looking for an ego massage. When I dismantled his argument logically, he ran away. The funny thing is his account too was old so I thought he was a serious client.

Dude really lost his 2013 bhw account for this huh.
Not to mention he tainted his PayPal account too.

You can't push for chargebacks endlessly, and only a couple of them can ruin your account. There will be a time when someone rips him off with 4-figures and he REALLY needs that money back and PayPal will rule it against him.

This happens often, PayPal is well aware of these habitual and fraudulent charge backers.

If the buyer has not received the goods. What is the problem? I mean that it was a bad dispute when the seller did not show any loyalty to the customer. That he only cares about money and not good reputation and positive emotions of customers.

Why didn't the seller want to check the status of this order before receiving the claim on PayPal? It's been four months.

good example of victim mindset here blaming everything else except himself

The $47 is not worth the time the accused wasted trying to keep the money.
That being said, the accuser could have just let it slide despite being in the right, in my opinion.
Nothing good can come out of taking money from a client that is clearly unhappy.

He sent the instructions, why would he need to keep sending emails trying to convince a lazy buyer to follow the required steps?

1)Are you sure the manual is written properly?
2)And most importantly, the claim states that the buyer tried to fulfil it several times. And that access requires an approve from the seller. How buyer can receive access follow instructions if required seller approve? But at the same time, the seller thinks that all his task is to throw down the manual. And then let the buyer sort it out for himself.

The seller must support the buyer until access is granted, or refund the money.

fear for ban? i don't think so. freedom of expression? maybe.
let me understand this,

firstly, he didn't get the service or product, so if he get the service or product we wont be having this discussion.

secondly, he claimed that the dispute with PayPal has been resolve which i think it was the major reason why the seller open a dispute.

sometimes revolution are look out of the box.

what does the op want,
from all that i have read, the seller want the buyer to get the eBook for 47$. if this is true then this dispute was worth attending to on standard that the seller want his reputation on PayPal to be restored and repaired rather than standing on the point to reseller the eBook. if that isn't the case then both parties should hold their opinions and emotions. if this isn't about reputation repairing but other kind of stuff then both parties will need to agree on common ground basically for peace to reign, for if anyone get banned it wont be good for the person. i would like the mods to take critical cases like this out of the box so as to have better view of the matter, because dispute as it stands is not that good for anyone who is involve, both for the buyer and seller. and i would like the mods to caution on the use of hash word just as describe by the seller in some of his words. you can not be in the court and still making hash remarks, both parties are expected to be matured and responsible for their action.

this is just my observations

Fine.
I don't need his service again. Certainly not after these. And I'm really surprised by this decision. Over 12 years and no dispute with anyone, I'm treated with indifference. I'm not a heavy user, I agree, but I deserves some respect. It's a learning, and I will treasure the lessons. I guess I should have been the one to open shit thread, maybe that's it works.

This is the problem. Some people on BHW think they are different because of their thanks count, support, helpful threads, given knowledge, account age, and more. When it comes to respecting the rules (same for everyone), they simply believe they're special.

Well done.

From reading the buyer's replies, it's clear he has a big ego, and that ego caused him to lose this dispute and his account. God bless him; he has a long battle ahead against his ego. Otherwise, he will continue to suffer in life.

Yeah, he blamed everyone but himself for this mess.... Casually buys a $47 course, doesn't bother to follow the instructions provided by the seller, goes AWOL for four months, and then decides to open a dispute (chargeback) to get his money back.

As a result, in my opinion, he ended up losing more in value than the $47.
