My Fiverr Journey

Start playing with Canva in your down time and get a feel for how it works.

Give yourself tasks to do with it, such as going to a random website and making a logo for it. Make Pinterest pins for random articles, make Youtube thumbnails for random videos etc.

Once you get good and quick you start to build more gigs around graphics.
Parroting indian youtubers is just a not going to work for me.

I posted 3 new gigs, but they are not doing well. It's only been 3 days, but none got more than 15 impressions. Will scrap them and try again with new ones until one of them takes off

Little update: I am starting to go crazy. Currently no orders or messages....

It took me very long to realise, but it's not just quality, but also quantity. Fiverr probably(don't know for sure) also ranks you higher or lower depending on how frequently you deliver. And my deliveries took a long time between at times, often I only had one or two deliveries a week (I have bigger orders rather than many small ones)

I was a little busy and distracted due to personal reasons and mild winter depression.

But to update:

November I made 732 dollars only, with 16 orders.

But in december it was 2016 in 8 orders.

I noticed my impressions are not working out very well, they are still down on the floor and barely any work comes in that way. But I do get more work through briefs, I hven't had briefs in a very long time, but now I respond to all of them and work on most of them that come in. Roughly 4-5 a week now, though not every day yet.

Since 2 weeks or so I also have the early pay out feature again.

My success score is still the same, but I got more categories available for rating yet, and the ones that were very bad, have calmed down and are mild instead of bad. Most of these were "strong negative impact" but now, as you can see, they are healed.

For january it looks like this so far:

I am not very sure what I can do to improve the impressions... It's a pain in my arse to be honest. I wish I were back to thousands a day, at least for one of the gigs. But not sure how I will be able to do that.

No new gigs yet, but I have a few ideas for gigs that I want to include. I have been brainstorming a bit, and from the past 2 months I got new ideas of what I can offer and what's more in demand. Will update that soon when I get my ass up to do that.

Try advertising of Fiverr?

Have you tried "buying" reviews steadily over the months to trick the system to make your gigs rank higher on their search results?

No. They're all scammers on here. I tried that before. I am not risking my account with that bs again. I am pretty sure when one of those greedy bastards orders from my profile with the same account they spam telegram, I might end up getting flagged and deleted. Definitely not worth it. Besides I do get orders (as you can see), just not impressions (which would give me even more orders).

You may need more natural services then, not a seller but instead actually reach out to people you know or work with to "purchase" your gig. Having a gig with 0 reviews is much harder to rank than one with 10, sometimes thats all you need.

Thanks for the advice, but in case you haven't read the thread: I have way more than 10 reviews. In fact I had thousands of impressions EVERY SINGLE DAY ON ONE GIG and obviously I made a lot of money with that and had a lot of clients. But now I don't have it any morea nd I don't seem to get back. Whole story of this thread really

Man, I have a big huge dollar amount job sitting and waiting where I need some details from client, but he's not responding at all. He recently accepted the extension request, but that's it. Wish I knew what he's thinking and why there is a delay..
