Great move akafaka - thanks a lot for your contribution. Thought TG support is just for big customers such as adverts were a while ago.
Just wish Telegram would have its own category on BHW, such as other social media. Or maybe a general chat app section (whatsapp, viber ...?)

I am against volunteer customer support. "Regular" customer support sucks already, but unpaid volunteers, although their heart might be in the right place, won't be able to help with anything that can't be solved on your own with common sense and maybe a little bit of google.

@akafaka bro, can you tell me if there is an easy way for getting ranked better for telegram group or channels in telegram search? there was an update in ranking algo a while ago and curious if it can be abused for marketing purposes)

I have a problem concerning receiving a telegram code. My account was hacked about 1 month ago so I reseted an account but now when I write my phone number to register again it says that the code was sent but I dont receive no SMS. I tried multiple times with no luck. I also tried to contact telegram support 5 times but it is no use because I didnt get any response. I would greatly appreciate if you could help me with this problem since you are a volunteer. I wanted to send you a direct message but Im a new member and as Im looking at it you need at least 15 posts for able to do so.

I have had the same issue, no fricking idea how they got to my phone number. Thanks god I have 2FA on my TG. Anway I tried all possible shit, it worked after a couple of days trying, not really sure what helped. I have read some mobile carriers have issues not just with Telegram but in general receiving/sending confirmation SMSs.

Suggest you to try, going to an area with good network coverage (5G in my case), try to use Telegram X. Try multiple times, but not to offten, so you don't get the cool-down period (too many attemps) Meaning wait at least 10min before requesting a new confimartion code/call. And forgert about the Telegram support, is not existing, never heard that anybody actually got an answer to them...I believe more in aliens that TG support, its existance! haha

I had the same problem as you. my register simcard that i use for telegram didnt receive signal anymore. so that why i cannot receive code via SMS, i try another method such as using email to receive the email but somehow the code is send like 1-2 days and when im trying to enter that code it failed because it already been expired.

Already tried a couple times to request new code via email but i didnt get it at all. When im come to Volunteer Support they didnt answer me at all just a bot.

I meant it okay if my old telegram account is got block but unfortunately it still alive and it keep take my money from my credit card and i just want to cancel my telegram premium subscription that all.

I tried numerous so called solutions to receive a code but with no luck. I also tried to use Telegram X but I still didnt get a code.

The problem is that it says they have sent the code to the Telegram app for my phone number on your other device but how can they send a code to the telegram app on your other device since my account was hacked and I chose a method to reset an account. When I click "didnt get the code" it says that if you didnt get a code by SMS or call to check my cellular data settings for my phone number so my only solution would be if somehow receive a help from telegram support or some volunteer that is working at telegram.

I dont know how is telegram even alive that it doesnt get left off since it doesnt offer any support which is one of the top priorities because I searched a bit and multiple users are complaing about the same issue that support is non existent...
