This solution requires a very powerful GPU with a lot of memory. The average PC user simply cannot afford that. So it is much cheaper to use a cloud-based hardware solution. A locally hosted solution is only for the rich.

No GPU needed, it can be run on the simples Linux machine without any issue in the lightest browser it can even run headless
