Question: recommendation, tips, or whatsoever

Well, i have a little knowledge for on-page SEO, i am running a tubesite that is pure organic traffic using keyword.

My question is, I wanna work with e-commerce dropshipping sub niche, or a blogpost sub niche. I am thinking to maybe, buy a premium aged domain with backlink, i saw someone selling a ready made blog website that I can work on.

Or

Buy new domain, and work it from the scratch for e-commerce dropshipping or blogging affiliate. Of course my budget is limited, so i also need to buy a backlinks for that, but i cant go all in right now, like $100 to $130 for backlinks?

So which option is the best, Aged Domain or New with limited budget to work off page seo?

As title, any tips, suggestions, and recommendation. I am open for that, since that is the reason I join here to learn more.

Thanks! Hmm but the thing is, i dont know how to check the history of aged domain, I am trying the way back machine but I dont understand it, how do I know if the aged domain had penalties or something
