How to create a landing page with a 3 month timer?

Hello,

I need to create a landing page with a 3-month timer for an ebook. I`m gonna drive traffic from X and Instagram. 3 months before it`s released it will be 30% off, and after that, it will be increased to the normal price of 17$.
What are the cheapest solutions out there to drag and drop a timer and create an attractive landing page? It doesn`t have to be custom it can be just a good attractive design that will convert.

I need to integrate paypal into without actually owning a company because there is a change i won`t make any money.

But a timer, a high converting landing page (doesn`t have to be 100% original) and Paypal I need to integrate these 3 things. I`m also gonna buy a domain name I think then I`m also gonna need hosting for that landing page (I`m guessing HostGator, or Bluethost will do )

I don`t think that would cut it. The free version says there that it`s billed annually. Do you know some sort of web page builder that is billed monthly, say around $ 10, and can cover the timer and the connection to PayPal? Hosting is paid separately but can be included. I`m not trying to be much of a beggar and a chooser.

I don`t think elementor is the solution for me
