Decided to give back to the forum after years of looking around.

I’ve been in the OFM game for 2 years, and I know a thing or 2 about how to make it work. Ask me anything!

(For the mods: I hope I put this in the right BHW section)

1. Have you tried to verify fake accs for AI girls?
2. Have you tried processing payments yourself without OF middleman, for example self hosted girls? I see many people telling that OF is trusted, but there is other side. When guys see it's OF girl, they can resign paying with various reasons like "it's just e-whore" or "my wife can read card statement"

Man, getting loyal models is like winning the lottery. They’ll jump ship for a 5% better deal if you’re not careful. What’s your trick to keep them onboard without throwing money at them?

Can’t really give you something else than just be a good agency and human being.

Thank you so much for doing this thread and maybe giving some of us that are looking into this industry a chance to ask some questions before just diving straight into it.

I have a couple of questions if you do not mind.

1. as a new person in OFM what traffic source would you put the most time and resources on? I am asking this question as I would assume you need to show the model that there is a clear way for earnings early on so they stay engaged and willing to work.

2. do you hire people (VA'S) to run platforms such as DA's for you.

3. Have you had any experience with paying for promotions on either IG or X pages (babe or meme pages) and if so would you say that this is a good strategy to get the models instagram/twitter kickstarted and of course this should lead to some leads for the OF page.

4. and Lastly. From your expeirences what is some red flags when trying to hire models? is there some questions that should be asked to kind of get a "feel" for if the model is willing to put in the work?

Hey, no worries! Thanks for responding to the thread.

1. I think I’ve talked about this earlier. In my opinion IG reels is really good at the moment. It’s really worth it to check it out. Can skyrocket your traffic!

2. Yes I automate traffic using bots and VAs. If you’re just starting out, you should focus on doing it yourself though!

3. Not really something I’m a fan of. Buying babe pages can be a strategy though, as you can acquire an account with high USA % and high traffic already.

4. This is really important, but unfortunately there isn’t really a cheat code. Most of the time it’ll just be your gut feeling! After a while you’ll have more experience and you can spot the difference easier. Look at it just like finding a new employee, or a new girlfriend. You’ll get better as time passes

bots reduces cost over VA's in most cases i would assume?

I assume DA's are still a place you want real people to run them as how to operate them change a lot.

my main focus once i find a model I want to work with would be to grow a main IG page with reels and maybe learn something about tiktoks, but everything I read about tiktoks makes it seem like such a hazzle and headace. having to use a US Sim card and teaching the model to upload herself etc, unsure if that is great unless the model is from USA ofc.

I’d be happy to share the software I’m using, but it just isn’t that relevant in your case at the moment.

Good to hear you have some experience!

You’ll need some python scripts to make pictures unique, possibly also AI face swapping software. Also, if you want to scale, you can do autoswipers with AI chatting. For automation you’ll also need software to use in your funnelling method!

are you talking about specificly for bots regarding mother/slave accounts? to drive traffic to the models main socials

changing metadata on pictures and so on is quite easy if that is all IG/X/bluesky etc are still looking at.

To get to know how things work, and the basics, you can buy courses. I’d advice you to work with a mentor though, if you’re going to go down that path of buying knowledge. And not one that advertises his courses on IG haha

Well, you should only do this in countries where it’s legal imo. Not a good idea to do this in Dubai for example…

yes but where it is not legal it is very borderline, there is not yet precise legislation that regulates this type of content. This is why I was wondering if there is a country where the legislation clearly allows this
