Hi, if I want to start OFM, what skin color should I choose to start modeling that will be more popular? Also which style is more popular if the model is cute, sexy, gentle, quirky or something else? And lastly, are there any pitfalls that newbies are bound to step into?

The funny thing is, that you are already speaking about a pitfall
The model's looks aren't that important. What makes or breaks success, is skill. Which is also exactly what you're offering models if you own an agency. It's hard to become a big star, and that's what you're going to help them become!

Yes I do Onlyfans. Alternative platforms are good to do on the side, but they will never be as big as Onlyfans is. OF will stay nr.1

2. Can OFM be automated in anyway?
3. Do you believe that any OFM entity can get their models into something ridiculous like top 100 models of the platform?

Quick answer: yes, yes, yes
1. It’s a big hassle to keep a big team running, especially if it’s in a rather unique industry like OFM is. It’s hard to step away from the steering wheel and let other managers do what they do
2. Of course it can be automated, just like every business. But because OFM is a industry with a lot of regulations and specific things you’d need to know, it’s hard to hire the right people that are going to call (some of) the shots
3. I actually know OFM entities that achieve this. Almost, if not all models in the top 100 are under management
