Ask me anything - Onlyfans Management / OFM

I’d actually argue it’s one of the key aspects of actually being able to make money with OFM. If you don’t have the right models, you won’t be able to succeed. At least in most cases.

That being said, you won’t be the only one that has good looking models that work hard. It is not a cheat code to get rich. You’ll still need to have every other aspect right to make money.

But if you have good models, you’re already way ahead of a lot of people. It might be worth your time to get started
Thank you for your response. This gives me a different view about my opportunities. I follow Yalla Papi for a while, I don’t know if you know him and in one of his blogs he is writing this

12. Your First 10 Models Don’t Count

The reality of this industry is that models come and go. Partners do too, but they are more reliable.

Models, on the other hand, are more fickle.

And if they’re not held in place with the fear that they will never do better than you, then you are more likely to lose them.

That said, most models are women. And most women who become OnlyFans models don’t do so because they have all the options in the world and just chose OnlyFans because it appealed to their artistic tastes.

They are doing it because they see it as the easiest option to make a lot of money very quickly.

One could make the argument that they are choosing OF because they are lazy.

And if they are lazy, then they are going to resist when you push them to do stuff if they are not properly motivated.

If they are not handled properly when they resist, you are going to lose them.

And if you have very little experience, then you are not going to handle them properly.

Think of it like this: you won’t make any money from the first 10 models you sign.

The first 10 don’t count.

I also saw some marketplace me where people just sell signed models for low prices to Agency owners. Maybe it’s worth to dive deeper in this for me. Thanks for your insights.

It’s all about perspective. Let me know if you’re ever interested in getting started in OFM, I’ll introduce you into some info that might be helpful.

PMs are open for deeper questions as well :D

what methods are you currently using to drive traffic?
Instagram Reels, boosted with traffic from dating apps (mostly Bumble & Badoo)

Reels is insanely powerful at the moment, and TikTok just has a kink for being annoying to blackhat marketeers

Dating apps are great for GEO-targeted traffic to your IG accounts. Also, followers from dating apps have very high engagement with your content.

Dating apps give off the best traffic quality, in my opinion. Even though, I’d strongly advise against it if you’re just starting out.

Any chance I can PM you for some more questions?

Which social network is the most profitable for attracting traffic?

Different traffic sources have different strengths and weaknesses. I’d say it’s best to aim for 2 traffic sources to master:

One for fast traffic, one for exponential growth / brand development.

Example: Reddit and Instagram Reels.

Reddit is good to get fast results, which you will most likely need to motivate your model to work on longer term success.

Instagram is good to build a brand for your model. The sky is the limit here. Look at some of the bigger OF models (Corinna Kopf, Sky Bri, Breckie Hill)

That's cool! If I may ask, what are the hurdles you have experienced along the way?
Everything :alien:

But that’s usually how business goes, so you’ll have to push through it.

In OFM the biggest problem I found is the fact you’re really dependent. And there’s a LOT of models out there that think they found a loophole (titty pics + internet = a million $). So that’s something to deal with …

How did you find models?
IG ads are the most effective in my opinion. Outreach is also a way to do it, but OFM is getting more saturated every day, so let’s just say you’re not going to be the only agency that’s DM’ing.

As for how much money you’d ask from the model: totally depending on the situation, the model, your skills, and your costs. I usually go for 50-70% for the agency.
My model has a habit of promoting her products on her FB.

So how do I know which members she found herself and which members I found?

You should be able to use tracking links for this. In my opinion though, you just take your percentage on total revenue.

What do you think are the significant differences in their operating strategies between the most successful OnlyFans creators and those who encounter challenges?

Hey all,

Decided to give back to the forum after years of looking around.

I’ve been in the OFM game for 2 years, and I know a thing or 2 about how to make it work. Ask me anything! ;)

(For the mods: I hope I put this in the right BHW section)
How do OFM use Instagram?

I’d say there are multiple things. To start off, both encounter challenges. It is how you handle them, that determines success.

Most things are just pushing forward to be honest. A lot of factors can influence your success, so best to just keep going until something works.

OFM is just like a normal business, and the people that don’t view it that way make up most of the failing agencies.

I've seen a lot AI models on OF/MV/IWC
Did u or someone u know tried it? Whats your thought about such approach?
