Well, distribution of porn is highly illegal in Dubai. I’m not going to be messing with their beliefs and rules. I know that there’s people that run OFM from there without problems, but I’d rather stay out of trouble

How did you get your first model exactly?

Also, what sort of percentage should people be offering creators? I've heard anything of people taking anything from 10% to 50%. 10% seems kind of low considering the work involved but 50% seems high enough that a lot of creators would turn their nose up at

Appreciate any insight you have!

Our agency recruited our first model with IG outreach!

We charge anywhere 50-70%, depending on the size of the account

Like running ads or just reaching out to smaller creators directly?

Gotchu, I'm guessing you charge a lower percent to the bigger pages?

When we started we did outreach, now we recruit using IG ads.

Yes, I charge 50% on really big pages. I charge 70% on smaller pages. And I don’t really mess with new creators, as it’s hard to determine their motivation

1. Do I need a bot to get good traffic with Dating Apps? And what's the bot you're using?
2. What do you think about Twitter and Threads to get traffic?

I tried OF with a very beautiful girl last year ( insta user: rare_tori ), and had engagements from people but most of them can't afford to pay even $5. They know $5 is separating them from something very nice, but they choose to comment/dm instead with filthy things. We had a shady guy who actually did pay for customs, and to avoid being scammed eventually with chargebacks, we closed her OF in advance.

My honest question is how to find more such people ? The girl is willing to anything because she is from Ukraine and has a very tough time (I know her for many years, only after the war started things went south for her).

How does one find retweet Twitter groups for NSFW
 
I have a model that I work with and she has kept ~40 subs @ 15 bucks a month, but fails when putting in work with messages and providing the subs with content they want to purchase, could be making so much more from messages.

Where is the best place to find high-quality chatters? I'm an independent here not working with an agency

what are some useful resources you could think of for somebody getting into ofm? ebooks, sites, anything to gain more insight on how to get started

from what i can gather, you run a larger agency, would you be able to disclose how many people you have working with you?

while you were starting off, how much if any time did you spent interacting with the customer base themselves? did you have to talk to people buying yourself, or is this usually the job of the model?
