Yes, you are selling your Instagram page for 170 USDT on the Polygon Network. Once the contract is active and the funds are locked, you can send the credentials to the buyer.
We advise you to fulfill the order and send the credentials via Zenland. Once the login/password is sent, the buyer protection time begins (24 hours in your case). This means the buyer has 24 hours to verify everything is in order and release the funds to your MetaMask address. Fees start from 1.75% and gradually decrease as the contract value increases. Upon registration, we add $25 to your wallet to cover Zenland fees, which is enough for an escrow contract up to $1400.

We want to assure you that Zenland is active and continuously developing. While we haven't introduced new features in the past few months, our core mission remains stronger than ever—securely locking funds in smart contracts until contract terms are fulfilled.
The reason for fewer updates is that we’re preparing for the launch of Zenland V2 and a full transition into a DAO. Our vision is to make Zenland a fully autonomous ecosystem where no one can stop its operation.
That said, the platform is fully functional, and you can still use Zenland for everyday trades without any issues. If you run out of balance, reach out to us - we’ll add more to your Zenland wallet. Our priority is increasing adoption and proving that smart contract escrow services are safe and reliable.

Any contract value is possible through our platform. The transaction count you see on agents.zen.land only reflects contracts handled by our community-specific escrow agents. This doesn't include transactions processed through our default Zenland escrow agent, which is automatically assigned when no custom agent is selected.
Regarding the transaction ID and blockchain explorer URL - while our contracts are fully anonymous, we cannot provide contract deployment addresses or transaction details unless the user themselves shares this information. This is part of our privacy-first approach.
