I cant monetize my app as a saas

So, i learned how to code. Made a RAG (fancy name for an artificial intelligence that looks through pdfs) application .
It ask you some screening questions to determine the probability on each of the diagnoses. Then gives 3 possible diagnoses, supported by reasoning from the library I previously provided and telling you exactly from which book, from which page its getting its conclusions.
The app is vue.js nuxt app - javascript framework

HOWEVER I CANT CHARGE FOR IT. Originally planning to add some features and charge some subscription but, stripe and paddle say this thing is medical advice - so now i cant monetize the damn thing because they dont serve this industry if i dont have a license.
Plan B is add some type of monetization via ads. You know when you are reading manga or watching a movie online and you click on the thing and a new tab on a new site opens? Well probably thats a good starting point to monetize chatbot.

How are this affiliate networks called? Any recommendations (names) i can get in touch to or go to?
Do you have a better idea to get out the most of this thing, what is it?

a TON of work, study and javascript. Its kinda frustrating tbh
After insisting a couple of times lemon squeezy (stripe like app) invite me to "stop" contacting customer support and "welcome" me to look for another company to be my payment processor since health is too tightly regulated.

So I went to clickbank and I kid you not i got banned - not sure wy tho. Already sent an email but there isnt much I can do.

Do you know any other affiliate programs for beginners? Ideally some place where I dont need a volume with high traffic already
