Backlinks get indexed within time ~4-6 weeks so they do not appear overnight from my personal experience I can tell that my sites were not sandboxed and also I have promoted many other new sites and clients never complained that their site was sandboxed.

For new site you can do 5K posts or profiles.
What is difference between profile and posts packages?
1) Posts get indexed faster
2) Also profiles are created automatically when I do posts so you will get links not only in post body but also in forum profile home pages and signature fields - so more links.
3) You will get additional traffic from forums

So you can try 5000 profile package if your site is new.
But I have never experienced any negative effect even for new site when blast many links, my site also was new when I blasted with 30K links in 1 day and it was not sandboxed I have done like 400 orders and none of my clients ever complained about any negative effects! Links get indexed within time 4-6 weeks not overnight so they will appear gradually over time.

For the record, it was my bad in checking links to the domain rather than the collective site. I rarely use this link checker and dzoniij clarified.
