you don't know enough SEO to risk getting your most important links (tier 1) on freelancing sites, I'd skip it.

you can buy some high quality guestpost backlinks for your tier 1, no need to buy everyday

Imo 3-5 high quality backlinks per month is enough, from there you can use GSA and others as T2, and T3
