Fortunately i got a review copied from OP, here is my detail review:
-The TAT is good, delivered just as promised
-The quality is fair in my case, there are good jumps of 15-20 higher positions for my easy KWs after 5 days (to manage expectation, 5 days is just not enough to enter top 10 though). If you want to get higher rank, you should stay longer.
-For the effect, so far the campaign was over for 3 days, and the rank is not dropping too drastically. So i would recommend to prepare good content to make the best use out of the service.
-Communication is great as always.

As a review copy:

The campaign lasted 5 days, there we use 3 kw, on 6-7 positions, the seller sent me report, that the kw moved to 4-5.
I checked it myself and it was in 3rd place.
Everything that the OP wrote about, everything happened as he write in detail to service.
I had a request for GEO, the first day I was observed specifically by GEO, in the following days the GEO swithed to another location, I thought that this is how it should be.

Everything works.
