Simple ways to get a brand new website indexed

I see many people who don't know how to index a new website and spam the hell out of it.

It would be best if you stop pinging, building high-tier links, or even thinking about guest posting from day 1.

Try these tactics instead:

Google Ads Indexing​

This is my goto for every new website, as it makes Google bots crawl your website, and ensure it has the requirements to show your ads. I can't believe nobody talks about it.

1. Setup a Google Ads account
2. Create an ad for a very high-bid keyword
3. Set your bid ridiculously low -> e.g. SEO services in Atlanta and a bid of $0.20 per click
4. Get the ad approved
5. You don't pay anything because your ad is too low on the bidding to even be shown

Social Signals​

It's a fun method that helped me index a lot of websites.

1. Join a few Facebook groups, which talk about your subject / Join a few subreddits that talk about your subject
2. Start commenting about the things you know, but don't post any links to it. At least for a few days (2-5 days)
3. Get back to the old posts, and slap a link by editing your comment. Do it at least for 30% of your posts to avoid nerds who report left and right.

Forums​

Forums are very cool, especially, when they are in your niche.

For example, I work on software for Minecraft donations, that accepts crypto payments, and did the following:

1. Went on Google and typed "Minecraft forum" + "crypto" or anything related.
2. Created accounts on all these forums, and slapped a few links while commenting

These are my 3 methods to get sites indexed, and they still work for me. Hope you have something valuable to add to this

I haven't experimented on a further page level to try each URL. I only try with the homepage, because after the bots come and check my small site content (no more than 15 pages) I see like 4-5 pages indexed, which is enough.

Google Ads method is really cool. But I'm sure Google has separate bots for organic and inorganic crawling. However, other methods might work well.

and forums are good too, but like you said, you have to put the link inside threads, which not many forums allow... not for new accounts anyway...

But yeah, good methods...

That's true, but sites like Tom's Guide or Linux make it very easy to score a few links. The thing is that the target forum pages need to rank, so you can get a few visitors, or at least bots to crawl them once again (since they rank on page 1).

The idea is to get the Google Ads bots to discover your pages for quality, while other bots will do the rest of the crawling and indexing process.

Forums are far from dead. Reddit, Quora, Toms Guide and many others get ranked on top. Makes them perfect for comment links, and attention from crawlers.
