Facebook Marketplace issue/bug I'm having. Any help would be appreciated

So I've been using this Facebook account for YEARS, like 3-4 years without any problems. Daily activity, comments, etc. Had one listing published on marketplace for 3-4 days, it was active and everything was ok, today I wake up and I see a notification that I need to take steps in order to keep the listing published. Is there any workaround if I don't have the ID? What could possibly trigger this to avoid in the future?

Please verify your identity. No problem, just follow the instructions or verify your email. All restrictions will be removed.

That's the problem - they didn't send me any email or anything. It almost feels like it's a bug or something. I can use marketplace and everything no problem, but my listing is not visible to others unless I verify ID. It's a stealth account so obviously I can't use my own ID.

people will still send emails but unfortunately not the email you are holding, i am wondering if you are using an account that previously belonged to someone else?

These errors usually come from having a history of multiple logins. Try to dispute them.

That's the thing. Same device, same ip, same browser, haven't logged out in over a year probably. Everything was fine and all of a sudden I get this.

you should look for a new account. i think that is the most effective and least risky solution

Even if you are using a normal account but FB recognizes unusual problems, it can still ask you to verify your identity.
