Same rules for product descriptions as for blogs?

I was just asking myself if creating tables, tutorials on how to use the product etc. is boosting my rankings such as in blogs
or if I should just create a separate article on my blog for the questions

But - if I understand you correctly - what I can say is that tutorials don't make for good content for blog content, so I'd not make it a blog post. Just create a guide and either attach it to the product page as a PDF, or create an entire category on your site and put all guides in there (in case you have more than 1 product that you need to make tutorials for)

Well, I just wanted to ask if the rules of content for blogs are appliable on product descriptions. For example (I mean thats what Ive heard so far, cuz I'm a SEO beginner) tables are better than just blocky descriptions of products which are getting compared. Or that Step by Step tutorials on how to use a certain product or whatever are better than just dry, boring descriptions in <p>.

Don't be so mad, I literally didn't want to piss you off so bad just because I didn't formulate it perfectly what I wanted to know. I had a long day, calm down. And no, I dont use a translator. Just a german, tired guy. Ignore it next time.

oh, tables are definitely better when you compare stuff (products, services, etc)... So, I would say that this does help improve rankings, but i'm not sure by how much. But everything that helps users digest your content better (and tables is one of those things) will impact user experience which - ultimately - it will impact rankings in some way.

they are better, yes. Everything that helps break down large chunks of text and that helps readers understand and digest your content better and quicker is always a +

I'm not mad... although, I might have come across as mad, but I'm not. But I will be honest, using translators is better when English is not your main language, I use it often too and it helps

Hi Ekooo you can make an article with instructions but instead of the text why don't you try video or image version it will be more easier for ranking the article and the video or images

So my opinion for the product instructions is video explanation is easier than a blog

Longer content doesn't bring better rankings any longer, not as it used to be at least,
You have to match the user search intent, a standalone product page & a separate blog article for whatever extra long-form information you want to include
