I have been a customer of sms-activate.io for more than 5 years, but after June 2024, I tried 200 times to register a telegram account, but none of them successfully received a text message, and I received several wrong text messages, which did not happen a year ago.
I also selected different countries according to the top 10 price page and changed the IP, but still failed to register.

Service worked fine, but since a couple of days I can't change the number. Using exclusively ebay +49 and lvl4 discounts. If I click to change a number (because they've been used already 2 times on kleinanzeigen.de or are to short for kleinanzeigen to accept), they just disappear. The balance gets deducted as well. So I'd advice to cancel activations instead, as this still works...

5 months, I messaged multiple times and your support's response was ""
I messaged first in July, they assured me 30 days.
Then, nothing, messaged again in the 30th of September, explaining I never received the refund and their aswer was "we are awaiting an answer"
I took it to another channel and there as well, no help, in which point I go angry, obviously and sent this:

lesson, don't deal with this trash service.
They are purposely delaying it, and wanna hear another fact? when I opened a scam report, magically !!!!! they are processing it immediately !!!!
what happened to 30 days???? ahhhhhhhhhhh so when I open a scam report it's 24 hours time period? which I'm not even sure will ever happen but I guess we will have to wait and see.
fucking trash service, could've finished this whole thing in a day but they dragged it out a month, and then another 2 months, and then another 2 months just to scam one of their potential future clients.
trash, scam, stay away, 80%+ of the numbers I used were reused numbers. fuck you, fuck your service and fuck all of your support staff.
