Crypto exchanges are hiring individuals with extensive experience. I've seen Biget, OKX, and some rapidly growing exchanges doing this. I would love to know more information about this. Also, how would this type of hiring benefit any crypto exchange in a competitive market?

Most exchanges really tend to hire managers or individuals as regional managers as a way to relate with the community In my own opinion. Having a public figure that represents the community can be really reaffirming for the exchange and it's users. It's always a smart move

I completely agree. Key individuals help humanize a brand and connect with local communities on a more relatable level. Min Lin, the new Chief Business Officer at Bitget is a great example. He has a deep understanding of the Latin American market and over 12 years of experience in the finance and digital asset sectors. He was previously the Regional VP for Latin America and Head of Business Development at Binance, so he brings a lot of strategic insight to the exchange. This type of expertise is what helps make meaningful strides in emerging markets like Latin America as it focuses on genuine community engagement and local growth.

Hiring experienced professionals can benefit crypto exchanges in a competitive market in many ways. These people bring expertise in areas like regulation, security, and product development, which helps exchanges stay ahead. For example, they can design better trading features, handle compliance more effectively, and build trust with users. In a market where users have so many choices, having a strong and knowledgeable team gives an exchange an edge over competitors. It’s all about staying innovative and reliable

Better employees result in good growth of the company. They make a good culture for others as well.
