Good point, i dont think so.
Was buying every year the newest model in Pro (max), selling the older version to rebuy or something & bridge 3 Month with an old phone.
Not this year. Sold my 15 pro max, and my main phone is a 12. And you know what? Besides the camera i feel no huge difference. Well i do, but i try to not think of.
Well there are privacy phone like Murena 2, or something like Purism Librem 5 ; but at the end of the day , google = android, android=google
If you have privacy concerns i would just go for an older routed phone with /e/ OS and you have at least one of the (best, known) privacy focused phones.
There might be 100% more safer options, but nobody of those users might reveal it.

And one more thing: think of the good things about Google and iOS. When you get older and (hopefully not) get Alzheimer's, it will always remind you of your passwords, autofill all your forms and stuff - like a good buddy.!

personally, I don't have that much issues with their TVs
although I do prefer Sony if I was to buy one for decoration, but it's whatever
I don't use a TV whatsoever anyways

It's not worth it to purchase a TV nowadays. I guess our TV here is only used once a month, and sometimes we don't use it.

samsung galaxy note s10, 2 cracks on screen, sometimes harder to hear over calls.
I don't like talking with people anyway.
battery lasts 2 days, sometimes 3, depending on usage.
I will probably die before this phone will.
Have no fear of dropping or losing it.
This recently taken and incredibly blurry photo is proudly taken on this specific device and I'm happy about it.
I mean, would I be as happy with old iPhone? probably. I don't care.
Security? well, there are just too many ways to be hacked nowadays, so being paranoid about it, its just not worth it.
With this I wanted to say: most of Samsung users are okay to use Samsung. or whatever.

Please don't send it my way ser, I will happily root it, install my proxy app, sell it on market place, and they can exploit it as much as they want. They will only get white noises from the fans and dust specks, and they will wonder who in the world has a phone that's not doing anything other than being switched on

I dislike their phones
Not something I would use as a first or even backup choice.
But still something I would use if I must. (tablets for example)
The same can be said about people blindly hating Apple, especially the ones who have never even used it before.

Oh no, don’t get me wrong. I am a samsung fan when it comes to other devices like monitors and so on. I even have a s7 tab which is a battery champ. Easily lasts a week with wifi on after a couple of years. Also, zero bloatware.
I just hate samsung android phones.
