What’s your money-making machine?

I’ve been hustling for 2 straight years—showing up every day, calling clients, having meetings, closing deals, and repeating the process.

I’m a bit tired of the cold-email model, but it still puts food on the table. I recently shared my journey in the ‘Making Money’ section.

How can I make an additional $5k/month?
Invest efforts in increasing your clients' LTV.
Opt for retainers vs one-time projects or upsell additional services to existing clients on retainer.

I've had multiple licenses at once in real estate and now in a different industry (Insurance). They have a sales system with endless leads so I jumped aboard, we will see how it pans out being on commission. They say average compensation is quite good. If I'm making 120K+ I can survive in my area.

I built a white label SaaS brand, but after 75 trial users and no sales I am somewhat wary, though Im still trying. Got a PDF funnel ready for traffic (waiting on a commission check) and plan to do a webinar funnel. Plan to do video reviews of software I'm affiliate of, then offer my software as an alternative. Setting up MailinaBox mail server for outreach (KUDOS to the guy here who suggested it!).

eCommerce I'm into too with the wholesale to retail model. Its been mostly nickel and dime collectables this year, which got me reviews but no serious bread. I see potential here to expand, but it takes time. Thinking about putting these stores on hold to focus on other things.

Bought 100 site hosting, yet I'm trying to scale back my personal website projects and hire it out more since the labor for some Dev's is so CHEAP. Plus they are SEO experts... Suffered a loss on Hosting earlier and learned to just pay annually.

Start learning how to invest money and trading. You can put a particular amount of money into trading.

Other than this - Try Gambling :)

I am in the affiliate marketing world. Main platform I use is Facebook for Organic Marketing and then TikTok, Insta and Pin.

Due to being in South Africa socials like TikTok is geo based so makes it a bit harder that is why I focus on FB.

I do no cold emails, mass adding friends, sending cold DM's or joining 100s of groups.

I’m currently selling websites. I was trying to use GoHighLevel for SaaS, but I haven’t found a niche for it yet.
Depending on the websites that you sell you can promote GHL to those same clients as an extension to their websites.

Can use the features such as the mail campaigns that you can schedule as an advantage or the funnels for building their email lists.

The thing is, my customers lack information in the tech niche. I sell them websites, and they think the website is a lead machine without ads. So I’m afraid to tell them about Google Ads or other methods because they’ll be pissed. :D
If you have the knowledge they need then create a course that you can promote to them or a simple pdf.

Just because they lack the tech knowledge doesn't mean they will blame you if the site doesn't make money out of the blue.

If you have offers or programs or anything that is in the same line that they can use then make the offers, tell them what you have and go from there.

I use a simple 4 step system that you can also use to sell basically anything you want, using it for all my affiliate products/services.

Step 1 - Create content. This draws people into your world, tells them about you and what you do and how you can help.

Step 2 - Build a community. This can be a Facebook group or Skool etc. It's here that you give deeper info or maybe some free trainings etc.

Step 3 - Build relationships. This is important because where ever you can you want to build long term sales relationships with your clients. You want them to keep coming back and have items they can use over a long term.

Step 4 - Make offers. Tell people what you have, how it works and make offers. If you don't make them and it is something they can use that you are keeping from them because you are scared then you both will loose out.

Hope this helps you a bit and maybe gives you a couple of ideas.

Oh on the website side. Depending on the clients you can join Deleted member 752298. He is here on BHW and can become an affiliate to his products that you can then promote to your clients.

Cheers and have a blessed day further.

Cross-selling is a good approach; thank you. I always knew about it but haven’t looked at it seriously because I was lazy to learn new stuff.
Okay, customers are always difficult.:anyway:

How much are you currently making? 5k a month can be possible with any online business. Like you can start a smm panel. In the , you will have to spend money on marketing.

Exactly, this should help you make more money month on month, but its not easy to do so
Like those ideas actually more to have a slowly but steady income streams, trading should be something you only do with money, which is not necessarily important for you to survive.
-> Diversification, sure trading is part of it, but I would not go fully into trading.

Run ads for clients, outsource the work. Quick results charge and extra $200 a client. Get airline rewards on as spend. Set up SEO, outsource it. Pump it for 3-4 months get keywords up, target low competition keywords and say “look you rank for minimum 20 keywords or money back”, easy to do. Then after 3-4 months do nothing and collect money while “plateauing”.

Piracy site income generator, lately since the free domains expired and Google ads hates free domains it's not earning any income.

Anyone can buy the domain name probably will generate 2% traffic.

Use YouTube to promote it, but having to find free new domains and embed the ads each time a bit of a pain in the arse, especially having to promote it on Facebook and and Reddit, overall doing that makes things worse diversifying grey area sites isn't bad but sites like solar movies I don't compete with because their much bigger, curious to know the amount of times they were dcmed

Thank you for this comment, man. Really appreciate your time.

Those four steps you mentioned are important. However, I didn’t use them at all. That's my skeleton in the closet. I was always aiming for fast money, never truly focusing on building something beautiful and sustainable.

Maybe this is the point where I should start doing something useful. My business model was more like survival mode than client-oriented.
It might sound funny, but if I’m still writing this message, it means I’m really changing for the better.

Thank you once again.
