A new project with it's own chain which can support more users than Ethereum?

I was reading though recent projects when I saw one that caught my eye. The project Scroll is built using zkEVM technology but what really caught my eye was that it has completed multiple funding rounds, with the latest raising $50 million, giving it a valuation of $1.8 billion. Ngl, I was really Impressed, I'm quite curious about the project and how they will proceed from here. If anyone knows about the project, I'd appreciate some info, TQ.

It is, which is already an oversaturated market with the current projects running. So I’m not sure what this one ads which the other ones don’t.

I'm surprised you never know about scroll, it's had hype and name lately. It even has its airdrop and pre market live on some exchanges and even confirmed listing on tier one exchanges like Bitget and more
