If you're the mod of the subreddit you can:
1. Go to Mod tools
2. Select Wiki
3. Under /config there's /automoderator
4. Past a code like:

type: submission
comment: | Thank you for creating a post on r/blackhatworld! Visit us at blackhatworld.com for more great content.

i know you can do this configuration when you moderator of the subreddit, they have automoderator on user profile posts. look at the image i sent here

Go to profile --> Settings --> Edit profile --> Advanced --> Profile Moderation --> Manage Automod

I think it has all the same features as the normal sub auto mod. good luck with your project.
