Reddit has people interested in virtually all kinds of discussions. So any niche could work on Reddit long as you're able to grow your sub and keep your account and subs safe.

Preferably, go for topics you can't find a huge sub on. That way your sub would be the go-to sub for that topic.

I'd suggest you to learn programming and create SaaS webapps, then advertise it on reddit. These will be beneficial for you in the long term
For example - cloud kitchen app, see r/foodtrucks (i had the idea but dropped it due to time constraints, buts its a good idea)

Agreed. If you're good at Reddit you can drive a lot of traffic to your own web apps, the tricky part is the conversion into sales.

but it's quite easy to get your account banned if you're not careful, I've been banned quite a bit doing NSFW content

Everything can work in Reddit as there is a community for literally everything. Just make sure your accounts are warmed up. Best option would be to have your own subreddit.

I have seen people using reddit for everything - shirt business, OF, crypto, general business, you really need to find you niche and levarage it!
