Hello friends, this week has been full of changes!

I had to split my ads across three different accounts. As you probably know, Facebook has been really strict lately, especially with the elections going on, and I’ve had multiple accounts blocked throughout the week.

Personally, I prefer to use just one ad account for my operation, but given the circumstances, I had no choice but to run ads from three accounts.

To ensure my ads perform well without targeting the same old leads, I created a custom audience for the last 365 days of people who engaged with my Instagram/Facebook. This helps avoid repeating those leads.

I divided my budget across the accounts to increase their limits. If the limits don’t increase by the time of my next payout, I’ll likely have to buy a new ad account with higher limits next week.

I’ve also switched to using personal ad accounts instead of BMs. The BMs I was buying (fully verified) kept getting shut down as soon as I launched ads. But with personal accounts, Facebook has been a lot more lenient, and I haven’t had as many issues.

The past few days have been a bit slow in terms of revenue, but we’re still maintaining solid deposit numbers. This week, we had over $4000 in deposits and a revshare of more than $950.

After filtering out the low-conversion countries and focusing only on the high-performing ones, I’ve noticed an improvement. I’ve been able to keep my cost per lead between $0.15 to $0.20.

Hello, my friends! After a pretty chaotic week, we’re finally seeing more consistent results now that my ads have optimized. As I mentioned before, I’ve switched to using personal accounts because Facebook has been really strict with BM accounts due to the elections. So, personal accounts were the only way forward.

At the moment, I’m running only 4 creatives, but the cost is already looking great. Interestingly, I’m using an account that operates in Vietnamese currency (I know, pretty random!).

Yesterday, we had an awesome day: $782 in deposits and $266 in revenue, with only around $63 spent on ads.

I’m going to keep this simple scaling approach for now. Over the weekend, I decided to remove Nigeria from my targeting. Although I was getting a lot of FTDs and registrations with good conversion rates, the deposit amounts were extremely low—some were as low as $0.50. So, I’ve decided to stop running ads in Nigeria for now.

I’ll keep updating you all in the coming days, but I’m feeling much more confident about our scaling strategy now!

I previously asked for help on how to scale my operations, and now I’ve decided to turn this into a performance journal. I’ll document everything here to both get your advice and hopefully help others in the future.

Let’s start from the beginning. I work in the gambling market, running Meta Ads that lead to a Telegram channel. Inside this channel, I work on converting leads (I currently have 83,000 subscribers in this particular channel).

In the affiliate platform I use, I receive 50% revshare, with 65,000 total sign-ups, 11,000 FTDs (First Time Depositors), and 28,000 total deposits, totaling $300,000 in deposits and $72,000 in revenue.

I started in this market in January, and now, after 9 months, I focus on Tier 2-3 countries (India, Nigeria, South Africa, etc.—over 30 countries in total).

My current strategy is to grow my Telegram channel as much as possible because I can easily convert leads there. The more subscribers, the more revenue I generate.

I’m currently running a lead campaign where people see my ad on Facebook/Instagram, land on a pre-lander, and from there, join my Telegram channel. Once they click to join, Facebook logs the lead event. I’ve also set up a purchase event that triggers when someone clicks my affiliate link inside the Telegram channel.

The issue I’ve faced over the past few months is that I’ve become stagnant in my results (around $5K-$7K/month), and I haven’t been able to scale beyond that. Based on feedback from the forum, I realized the problem might be frequency. Since I’m working with many GEOs, it’s hard to create a lookalike audience, so I opted for a custom audience exclusion.

I’ve excluded people from my audience for 180 days if they’ve triggered events like page views, leads, purchases, or engagement with my Instagram/Facebook. My potential reach is 700 million people, so this should help reduce frequency.

Right now, I’m running 20 creatives with a $0.10 cost per lead, aiming to keep my frequency under 2.5 in the long term. I’ve also started a new ad account to build from scratch.

I’ll continue to update this journal and hope it helps someone out there. I’ve gained some experience in this market and welcome any advice you all have.

Hey mate! I don’t usually work with Tier 1 countries for the exact reason you mentioned—the low revshare. But you do have to factor in the higher deposit amounts and better conversion rates in those regions.

If you can sell something upfront to break even at the start, that would be ideal. For example, you could offer a strategy or guide on how to profit for around $25-$30. This way, you cover your cost per lead right away and can still benefit from the revshare in the long run.

Hey brother, thanks for the kind words! I'm also from Brazil, but I’ve never really run traffic here for the affiliate market. Unfortunately, you really have to think outside the box to scale here, as the market is pretty saturated. The new trend here seems to be binary options.

I usually buy these personal accounts from Russian websites—they tend to be cheaper, and there are trustworthy sellers right here on the forum as well. I typically go for accounts that have already been through the verification process. The sellers also provide the documents associated with the account, so if verification is needed again, it’s easy to handle.

For payment, I use Combo Cards because I manage my funds in crypto, which helps me reduce taxes.

Yes, I do use Pixel to track events on my pre-lander. It helps a lot with optimization and tracking conversions.

As for bans, I’m currently using an account that’s been running for almost a month now without any issues.

I noticed that part of my budget was being spent on Audience Network, where the conversion rate is terrible. Now, my ads are focused solely on Instagram and Facebook, which has not only boosted the audience on my Instagram profile and Facebook page but also improved registration conversions.

I think I’ve finally dialed in the right mix of countries and filters, like using custom audiences and excluding already-engaged users. This helps control the frequency of the ads so they don’t keep showing to people who have already interacted.

Now it’s just a matter of maintaining these costs and focusing on scaling. My goal is to reach $5,000 in this operation, as I have another one that brings in another $5,000. Hitting $10,000 a month across two operations would be amazing!

Keep in mind, I profit 30% on that revenue, and living in Brazil, $3,000 net per month is more than enough to live comfortably. But, of course, if you can make $10k, there’s always potential to reach $100k a month!
