90% posts of yours are mostly spam/low quality anyways so I'd worry about that first as if you keep it up they start removing them.

Newbie + is more of a backend rank where you're able to send PMs but you can't do other thinks, while having the Newbie rank publicly.

How many posts ?

@hideath linked you member levels, I'd start there. Newbies reach the next member level at 50 posts, in which they then move up to Regular Member. You may read these links for more information:
