Does Skype have any anti-bot measures?

For a project I need to add hundreds of Skype users and write them a message, do you know the anti-bot limits inherent to the platform?
Maybe some tips before I start programming?

That's obvious, but the severity of these measures can vary greatly from one platform to another, hence my question about good practice of automation on Skype.
